Our new build project manager, Jini has been specializing in building bespoke luxury quality villas in and around the Javea area, for over ten years.

Every step from plot selection, villa design and construction to the landscaping of the garden is managed closely by us. As a property developer you will be updated at every step with full reports from builder and architect supported by photos within each build process.
As with all professional construction companies your investment is protected by bank guarantee, legal contracts and 10 year construction insurance as standard.
The look, feel and ambience of your new villa of course is designed and built to your desires, needs and specification, our role is to simply make it a reality. Every villa we design and build is very different, and always depends of the scope and direction of the plot that we are working with. Please note that the pricing is always subject to an individual project on a specific plot. In the examples we have included all extras as well as the actual Villa construction. This refreshing attitude allows you to be aware of everything you will need to budget for from pool and terrace, complete planted garden with watering system, electric gates and alarm system. Extras again are down to your specifications therefore you can if you so wish landscape and plant your own garden after construction…..its your villa, so the choice is yours.
