Javea and surrounding areas

The Marina Alta is a beautiful area of the Costa Blanca that extends from Altea in the South to Denia in the North and has some of the most stunning scenery in Spain. In fact many Spaniards from other regions of Spain refer to the North Costa Blanca as the garden of Spain, with secluded beaches, clear blue water and spectacular mountain ranges.

The area is easily accessible from both Alicante and Valencia airports via the excellent motorway system taking around an hour to reach the region. The region is also extremely well serviced by many of the “low cost” airlines flying in from most departure points in the UK and include the likes of, Easyjet, Thomsonfly, Ryanair and BMIbaby amongst others.

The Costa Blanca has all you could possibly want in amenities including excellent shops and a huge range of restaurants and bars to suit every taste and budget. In addition to the many blue flag beaches and rocky coves, you can also find theme parks, wonderful scenery and mountains ideal for walking, biking and guided safaris.

The night life in this area of Spain is highly varied with traditional Spanish restaurants offering live music and dancing, bbq’s on the beach or simply cooling drinks at one of the many sea front terraces.

Unlike most of the UK and other areas of Spain, the North Costa Blanca also enjoys a very low crime rate.

This region of Spain is more natural and unspoilt than other coastal resorts of the country and according to the World Health Organisation, it is one of the healthiest places to live in the world!

With the increase in the number of families coming to the region, we now have several International schools and colleges all offering an English GCSE education or your children also have the choice of the excellent Spanish state schools. We are also extremely well serviced with superb and modern hospitals and clinics in all the major towns.
